Venue Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
To support the growth of the Venue Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform, the full-time Venue Solutions Engineer will partner with sales teams to uncover customer challenges, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and design solution recommendations that align with client needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to identify customer challenges and position Venue solutions throughout complex sales cycles
- Lead discovery sessions to assess client workflows, security requirements, and compliance needs
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or enterprise SaaS consulting
- Experience delivering software demonstrations to executive-level audiences
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in partnering with sales teams during complex enterprise sales cycles
