Verification Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Verification Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to verify loan information, assist customers and dealers in resolving verification issues, and document all relevant details accurately.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify customer loan information through calls, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Identify and report potential issues during the verification process, escalating when necessary
• Document verification details and update information in operating systems as required

Required qualifications:

• Two years of call center or customer service experience
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift every seven weeks
