Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a healthcare field, customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment
- Working knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
- Insurance Verification experience (preferred)
- CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire (preferred)
