Verifications Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Verifications Specialist will verify employment, education, and professional references for job applicants on behalf of clients through outbound calls and research.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and internet research to verify applicants' education, employment, and references
• Review and complete verification requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client standards
• Manage administrative tasks related to the Verifications team, including file triage and monitoring communications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in an office setting, preferably in U.S. Domestic Background Screening
• Strong phone presence with a professional demeanor
• Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
• Able to perform extensive internet research and type at least 45 WPM
