Vermont Licensed FP&A Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Vermont Licensed FP&A Manager will own the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting, while working in a hybrid environment with a focus on automation and strategic insights for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast process, including cash flow and profit forecasting
• Build and maintain valuation and scenario models, providing inputs for CFO review and impairment testing
• Identify and implement automation tools to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or commercial finance
• Proven experience managing budgets and rolling forecasts, including cash flow forecasting
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with experience in live-formula, auditable models
• Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, economics, or related field, with a professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, CFA, CMA)
• Strong working knowledge of AI and automation tools applied to financial processes
