Job Summary

Managing the implementation and reporting of the Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five, the full-time CDD Process/Policy Administrator - Limited Service will oversee project management within the Child Development Division, coordinating efforts to strengthen early childhood systems in a hybrid office-based/remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the closeout of the 2026 Preschool Development Grant and manage reporting requirements
• Coordinate the application and management of the 2027 PDG B-5 Grant if awarded, focusing on data systems and technology coordination
• Oversee additional early childhood projects and federal grants, collaborating with experts and stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with four years of professional experience in State or human service programs, or equivalent experience with an Associate's degree or High School Diploma
• Experience in grant management, particularly with federal grants
• Project management experience with a focus on change management
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse institutions
• Experience managing and tracking program budgets
