Veterinarian Equipment Specialist

Job Summary

To support capital equipment sales and provide technical assistance, the full-time Veterinarian Equipment Specialist will manage sales regions, respond to customer inquiries, and act as the primary contact for sales staff while working remotely from 8 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from sales associates and customers regarding capital equipment purchasing and implementation
• Manage sales regions as the equipment ambassador, identifying opportunities to grow equipment sales
• Direct MWI sales staff on available equipment sales resources and assist with special projects as needed

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field required
• Experience working in a veterinary clinic or with an animal health products distributor or manufacturer is necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM Salesforce is desirable
• Associate's degree in veterinary technology or bachelor's degree in an animal health field preferred but not required
