Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations about end-of-life care and quality-of-life issues while working remotely in a call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide emotional conversations with pet families regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care
• Manage a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
• Ensure adherence to performance standards, including attendance and punctuality

Required qualifications

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Reliable high-speed hard-wired internet connection is required
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate custom software and applications
• Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal peer interactions
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
