Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate customer service, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations and assist pet families with end-of-life care needs while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Answer a high volume of customer service calls and document pet medical information accurately
• Meet productivity and performance standards while demonstrating dependability and flexibility

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to learn custom software and programs quickly, including Gmail and Google Calendar
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection for reliable internet access
