Veterinary Care Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a compassionate team, the full-time Veterinary Care Coordinator will manage high-volume customer service calls, guide emotional conversations regarding pet end-of-life care, and document medical information while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations related to end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Engage positively with pet families and provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately gather pet medical information and schedule appointments efficiently

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume customer service or call center environments
• Reliable high-speed, hard-wired Ethernet internet connection
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Zoom
• Previous work-from-home experience or minimal peer interaction
• Must attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment
