Job Summary
To provide expert diagnostic pathology services, the full-time Virtual Clinical Pathologist will evaluate clinical pathology specimens, deliver accurate diagnostic interpretations, and collaborate with a skilled team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Examine clinical pathology specimens and provide accurate diagnostic evaluations for veterinary clients
- Deliver high-quality pathology reports while maintaining strong turnaround time performance
- Provide consultation and follow-up support to help clients understand diagnostic findings and patient care implications
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent veterinary qualification
- Board certification from the American College of Veterinary Pathology (ACVP) or European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology (ECVCP)
- Strong expertise in clinical pathology and interpretation of diagnostic specimens
- Ability to provide accurate, detailed, and timely diagnostic evaluations
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
