Veterinary Customer Engagement Representative

Job Summary

To support distribution services in the US, the full-time Veterinary Customer Engagement Representative will partner with Territory Managers to maximize revenue, handle customer service inquiries, and proactively grow sales with assigned accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Territory Manager on sales strategies to maximize revenue with assigned and prospective accounts
• Answer incoming calls to take sales orders and resolve customer service issues
• Initiate proactive calls to established accounts to grow sales revenue and develop customer loyalty

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology or a bachelor's degree in an animal health field or equivalent agricultural degree preferred
• 3 years' experience in a veterinary clinic or 2 or more years in an animal health call center environment preferred
• Knowledge of animal health products and services
• Ability to communicate effectively in individual or group situations
• Customer-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
