Job Summary
To support a leading consumer products company, the Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting remotely for a 6-month contract, partnering with hiring stakeholders to source and engage talent while guiding candidates through the hiring process.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Build candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels and support diversity recruiting initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- DVM recruiting experience required, along with veterinary and vet tech recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience sourcing candidates through web, social media, and professional networks
- Experience recruiting underrepresented talent and collaborating with diversity organizations
