Job Summary

To support a growing veterinary practice, the contract Veterinarian Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers while working remotely across U.S. time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market trends
• Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels

Required qualifications

• At least one year of recruiting experience, specifically in veterinary roles
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers
• Exposure to diversity initiatives and recruiting underrepresented populations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
