Job Summary
Providing remote technical support for veterinarian clinic customers, the full-time AIS Technical Support specialist will troubleshoot connectivity issues, assist with software configuration, and ensure successful data transfer for Telemedicine services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional client service and troubleshoot connectivity problems related to image transfers
- Configure software for new clients and assist in final testing to ensure operational success
- Monitor progress, track problem resolution, and communicate unresolved issues to management
Required qualifications
- 2 years of veterinary technician experience or equivalent; RVT/LVT preferred
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in a computer-related field preferred
- Fluency in English
- Typically 2 years of computer service experience is helpful
- Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
