Job Summary
Providing technical support for Elanco's Pet Health portfolio, the full-time remote Veterinary Technician (State Licensed) will manage customer inquiries, investigate Adverse Drug Events (ADEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize and manage customer support interactions via telephone with a focus on exceptional service
- Investigate and document details regarding ADEs and PQCs to maintain product integrity
- Maintain technical proficiency in Elanco products and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a veterinary technician
- Documented Veterinary Technician licensure (RVT/LVT/CVT) in one or more U.S. states
- Experience in a regulated veterinary call center environment is preferred
- Proficient with basic computer programs and data capture in validated databases
