Veterinary Technician Trainer

Job Summary

To support the Philadelphia Market, the full-time Veterinary Technician Trainer will manage the development and implementation of training programs, coach veterinary staff at various experience levels, and collaborate with local teams to enhance patient care in a dynamic hospital network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative training programs for veterinary technicians and staff
• Collaborate with local medical directors and practice managers to identify training needs and execute training events
• Support veterinary technician students and interns, elevating the level of patient care through education

Required qualifications

• Experience as a veterinary technician with a passion for training and coaching
• Credentialing as a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) is preferred
• Strong background in veterinary medicine and patient care
• Ability to design and deliver continuing education programs
• Current authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship
