Vice President Client Relations
Job Summary
Managing all subservicing client relationships, the full-time remote Vice President Client Relations will ensure compliance with laws and contractual requirements, oversee client deliverables, and direct the resolution of escalated client requests.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day subservicing relationships and manage ongoing client deliverables
- Present monthly subservicing portfolio performance to Executive Leadership
- Review proposed subservicing contracts and ensure compliance with legal standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum of fifteen years of experience in mortgage loan servicing with a focus on Investor Reporting and Compliance
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of FHA, VA, USDA, and GSE mortgage servicing
- Familiarity with Sagent (Loan Serv) system is preferred
- Ability to effectively present information and manage remote employees
