Vice President, Financial Solutions

Job Summary

Leading a line of business focused on partnering with Financial Institutions, the remote Vice President, Financial Solutions will develop and execute growth strategies, manage sales teams, and oversee client relationships to achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales, relationship management, and retention strategies to drive growth
• Oversee a team of sales and relationship contributors, managing KPIs and objectives aligned with strategic initiatives
• Forecast future sales and retention opportunities through analytics reporting and regular updates to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in banking, card issuing, fintech, or related fields, with direct experience in prepaid or gift cards highly preferred
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of more than 10 reports
• Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills
• Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels, including C-level executives
