Vice President General Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the full-time remote Vice President General Manager will be responsible for the strategy, product direction, platform adoption, go-to-market execution, customer success, and financial performance of Dynata+, a next-generation self-service research platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish Dynata+ as the primary self-service platform and drive enterprise-wide adoption
• Define the multi-year platform vision and roadmap while leading platform governance and prioritization
• Own revenue, cost structure, profitability, and forecasting, including the development of annual operating plans and budgets

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology or SaaS environment
• Strong background in product strategy and platform development
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer retention
• Experience with AI capabilities and integrations in technology platforms
• Ability to manage P&L and develop financial forecasts and operating plans
