Vice President, Lab Pilot
Job Summary
Leading the newly established LabPilot business unit, the full-time remote Vice President, Lab Pilot will define strategy, manage P&L, and oversee product development for laboratory software and data management solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the LabPilot P&L, defining product strategy, pricing, and AOP planning to achieve growth targets
- Manage the LabPilot product roadmap, prioritizing development and ensuring rigorous business cases for new products
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a customer-focused and commercially rigorous culture
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in product management or general management within a software or technology business
- Proven P&L ownership with accountability for revenue growth and margin management in a software or SaaS environment
- Experience in building and leading product teams, with a strong understanding of lab informatics concepts
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate the LabPilot vision to various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline
