Vice President of Access Strategy

Job Summary

As a pivotal contributor in a remote capacity, the Vice President of Access Strategy will own the market access and health economics strategy for the product portfolio, leading payer engagement, coverage negotiations, and integration of access strategies into brand planning while building and managing a high-performing market access team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end market access strategy, integrating payer marketing, pricing, and contracting
• Lead the health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) agenda to support market access and value demonstration
• Manage national payer account strategy and serve as the senior relationship owner for top payers and PBMs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or healthcare-related) preferred
• 12-15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech market access, including 3 years at the ED or VP level
• Expert knowledge of US payer dynamics and experience launching Medicare Part B products
• Proven track record in negotiating with national payers and PBMs
• Previous supervisory experience with a focus on talent development and team capability building
