Vice President of Adoption
Job Summary
Leading the charge in platform adoption, the full-time remote Vice President of Adoption will develop and execute strategies to enhance client engagement and service delivery for K-12 educational institutions across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the platform adoption strategy, translating client needs into actionable team priorities and metrics
- Oversee the professional services and implementation organization, ensuring high-quality onboarding and ongoing support for clients
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of client empathy and disciplined execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in client success, account management, or professional services, preferably in K-12 education or SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling complex service delivery operations, including staffing and budgeting
- Experience driving measurable adoption and usage improvements across diverse client bases
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and experience leading teams through AI adoption initiatives
