Vice President of AI Content Management

Job Summary

Overseeing the enterprise knowledge foundation for AI-generated insights, the full-time remote Vice President of AI Content Management will manage the knowledge strategy, data governance, and lifecycle management of business knowledge to enhance AI adoption and decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the Enterprise Knowledge Strategy and AI Content Management to transform institutional knowledge into competitive assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI content knowledge creation with business needs and document key information into reusable assets
• Lead a high-performing team, providing mentorship and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
• Prior healthcare and/or managed care industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with data governance frameworks and AI content management
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases
