Vice President of Analytics
Job Summary
To lead analytics and medical economics initiatives within the value-based care framework, the full-time remote Vice President of Analytics will develop and implement analytical models, oversee medical economics analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance VBC strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies for value-based care initiatives, focusing on risk adjustment, cost management, and quality improvement
- Oversee medical economics analytics, providing insights on trends, performance metrics, and financial projections related to VBC programs
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve patient targeting and engagement, driving better clinical outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Credentialed actuary (FSA, ASA, or equivalent) with substantial experience in healthcare analytics and medical economics
- Proven experience in value-based care models and a strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in analytical tools and software, including data visualization and statistical analysis tools
