Job Summary
Leading the strategy and management of the annuity product portfolio, the full-time remote Vice President of Annuity Solutions will oversee product development, lifecycle management, and team leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the annuity product portfolio, overseeing concept development, launch, performance management, and enhancements
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable product roadmaps and recommendations for executive approval
- Lead and develop a team of AVP Product Owners, establishing priorities and performance expectations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in annuity product development, management, or strategy
- Proven experience managing products from concept through launch and optimization
- Deep knowledge of annuity product design, pricing considerations, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in developing product strategies and business cases aligned with enterprise objectives
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
