Job Summary
Leading the strategy and management of the annuity product portfolio, the full-time remote Vice President of Annuity Solutions will oversee product development, design, and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer value.
Key responsibilities
- Own the annuity product portfolio, managing all aspects from concept development to performance management and enhancements
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable product roadmaps and recommendations for executive approvals
- Lead and develop a team of AVP Product Owners, establishing priorities and ensuring strong product ownership throughout the lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in annuity product development, management, or strategy
- Proven track record of owning products from concept through launch and optimization
- Deep knowledge of annuity product design, features, pricing, and regulatory requirements
- Experience developing product strategies and business cases aligned with enterprise objectives
- Demonstrated success in presenting recommendations to executive leadership and governance committees
