Vice President of Asset Management

Job Summary

Maximizing the long-term performance of a renewable energy portfolio, the full-time remote Vice President of Asset Management will oversee third-party O&M management, revenue optimization, and financial reporting obligations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio-wide energy production and performance metrics, managing third-party O&M service provider relationships
• Lead revenue optimization strategies, including PPA compliance and battery storage dispatch optimization
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for project lenders and tax equity partners while managing operating expense budgets

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in renewable energy operations or asset management, with 5+ years in a senior asset management role
• Demonstrated track record managing third-party O&M providers and project-level financial reporting
• Deep understanding of solar PV and BESS performance metrics and operational benchmarking
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budget management, and operating performance reporting
