Job Summary

Driving the carrier marketplace strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of Carrier Relations will build and advance strategic partnerships, oversee carrier performance, and lead innovation initiatives to enhance customer value and experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Matic's overall carrier and insurance product strategy, ensuring competitiveness across various markets
• Manage executive relationships with key carrier partners to enhance production and performance
• Lead initiatives for carrier technology integration, improving quoting and servicing capabilities

• Extensive experience in property and casualty insurance and carrier relations
• Proven track record in building and managing strategic partnerships within the insurance industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market gaps and develop actionable strategies
