Vice President of Change Management
Job Summary
As a key member of the Transformation Office, the full-time salaried Vice President of Change Management will lead the design and delivery of enterprise change programs, workforce transformation efforts, and AI adoption strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the execution of change and capability-building programs in collaboration with Value Stream leaders and General Managers
- Develop and lead Blackbaud's AI-enabled change management strategy, frameworks, and methodologies
- Drive enterprise adoption of new working methods through effective communication, training, and engagement strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in organization design, workforce strategy, and change management
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives at a senior leadership level
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive adoption in complex, global organizations
- Experience in leading AI-enabled workforce or business transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce insights and business metrics
