Vice President of Chiller Solutions

Job Summary

Leading the commercial strategy and engineering support for data center cooling solutions, the home office-based Vice President of Chiller Solutions will drive growth through strategic customer engagement and market expansion across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term strategies for the data center cooling business, establishing revenue and market share objectives
• Provide executive leadership for customer-facing engineering activities and project management teams, ensuring alignment with market needs
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders while representing the organization at major industry events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HVAC, applied equipment, or building systems
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a proven record in national sales organizations
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering strongly preferred; MBA and Professional Engineering (PE) license are also preferred
• Strong background in chiller systems and applied HVAC solutions, with direct data center industry experience
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue businesses and leading both sales and engineering functions
