Job Summary
Leading strategic planning and client relationship management, the full-time Vice President of Client Management will develop a new operating model for client success, establish analytics-driven playbooks, and optimize operational performance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive engagement and relationships with RCM clients
- Champion process and product enhancements to improve operational performance and scalability
- Oversee analysis of performance metrics to ensure achievement of SLAs and client satisfaction goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related leadership roles
- Experience with Practice Management Software
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices and business processes for large providers
- Proven leadership and executive-level communication skills
