Vice President of Contracts
Job Summary
Leading the contracts function for the Engineered Systems business unit, the full-time remote Vice President of Contracts will manage a team of contract professionals, develop contracting strategies, and negotiate complex contracts within a Federal contracting environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively manage, train, and develop a team of Contract Professionals for high-quality performance
- Conduct risk assessments and support business strategy and corporate reviews
- Structure and negotiate complex contracts and modifications with the US Government and commercial entities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field, or a JD
- 15+ years of prime contract administration experience, including construction for the Federal Government
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTAs, and industry practices for contract negotiation
- Experience working with Federal agencies, including DOW and the FAA
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain TS clearance
