Vice President of Corporate Development

Job Summary

Leading the company's growth strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Corporate Development will manage the corporate development lifecycle, focusing on M&A and strategic partnerships to enhance STACK's position in the construction technology market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee STACK's corporate development and M&A strategy, identifying acquisition targets and managing the end-to-end M&A process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities while leading cross-functional diligence and integration planning
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that complement STACK's M&A strategy and enhance its market presence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic investments, preferably in the construction technology sector
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions or strategic investments
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with valuation, financial modeling, and business case development
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to assess technology fit and integration considerations
• Excellent executive communication skills, capable of presenting complex transactions to senior leadership and Board members
