Vice President of Corporate Development
Job Summary
Leading the company's growth strategy, the full-time Vice President of Corporate Development will focus on M&A and strategic partnerships, managing the entire corporate development lifecycle while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own STACK's corporate development and M&A strategy, identifying opportunities for growth through acquisitions and strategic investments
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, financial modeling, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration
- Identify and structure strategic partnerships that enhance STACK's position within the construction technology ecosystem
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or strategic investments, preferably within the construction technology sector
- Proven track record of executing acquisitions and strategic investments across the full transaction lifecycle
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with experience in building acquisition models and business cases
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and the strategic drivers behind software acquisitions
- Excellent executive communication skills for presenting complex transactions and strategic recommendations
