Vice President of Curriculum Design

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of Curriculum Design, the full-time remote leader will manage the design and development of high-quality, market-responsive curriculum products, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch while ensuring alignment with labor-market intelligence and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and development of Per Scholas' curriculum portfolio across various technology and professional development offerings
• Oversee the end-to-end curriculum design process, ensuring alignment with employer requirements and industry standards
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in curriculum product development, learning design, or workforce development
• At least five years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior-level professionals
• Demonstrated success in overseeing the design and implementation of complex learning products
• Strong understanding of adult-learning principles and competency-based education
• Experience using data to evaluate product performance and inform curriculum decisions
