Vice President of Data Analytics

Job Summary

To build and scale the Data & Analytics function, the full-time salaried Vice President of Data Analytics will own the data strategy, architecture, and analytics capabilities while collaborating across various departments to enhance care delivery and demonstrate client value in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company-wide data strategy and roadmap, aligning infrastructure with clinical outcomes and business growth
• Oversee executive reporting and analytics, delivering consistent metrics and actionable recommendations across clinical performance and operational metrics
• Lead a high-performing team in data engineering and analytics, establishing processes for stakeholder alignment and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or applied data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven success in building or scaling a data function in a startup or growth-stage digital health company
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in cloud data warehouses and business intelligence tools
• Healthcare data experience, including EHRs and claims data, with the ability to reconcile longitudinal records
• Experience delivering secure, governed data products for nontechnical users, emphasizing quality and reproducibility
