Vice President of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Driving the vision for data and analytics, the full-time remote Vice President of Data Analytics will manage the development of actionable insights and tools, oversee the cloud data platform, and lead a team to enhance data capabilities in support of healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver data and analytics solutions that align with the mission and vision of the organization
• Own and evolve the cloud data platform to ensure accuracy, security, and scalability
• Lead the team in implementing advanced analytics and AI tools while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in a relevant field, including leadership in a matrixed organization
• Strong technical foundation in cloud data platforms, data engineering, and advanced analytics
• At least three years of experience in healthcare process improvement
• Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
