Vice President of Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the development and delivery of data, reporting, and analytics capabilities, the full-time Vice President of Data Analytics will drive the PCS data strategy and oversee integration of various data sources to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated PCS data, reporting, and analytics strategy aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead the development of data integration and reporting solutions, ensuring effective mapping and validation across multiple systems
• Oversee the PCS reporting portfolio, establishing standards for accuracy, usability, and governance of reports and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 12+ years of experience in data, analytics, reporting, or related disciplines, with a focus on enterprise reporting outcomes
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in analytics or operational performance
• Demonstrated success in implementing KPIs and executive dashboards in complex, multi-site operations
• Deep knowledge of data integration, data governance, and healthcare operations preferred
