Vice President of Delivery
Job Summary
Leading a global Oracle consulting organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Delivery will define and execute delivery strategies, manage a $300M+ P&L, and oversee complex Oracle Cloud implementations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global delivery strategy aligned with business growth and operational performance
- Own financial performance, optimizing revenue, margins, and delivery costs for a large-scale organization
- Provide executive oversight for Oracle implementations and ensure quality controls across delivery practices
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting with significant Oracle ecosystem expertise
- 10+ years in senior delivery leadership roles managing large teams and complex portfolios
- Direct executive accountability for a $200M+ annual professional services P&L
- Experience implementing AI and digital delivery improvements with measurable business impact
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
