Job Summary
Leading data center development projects from concept to completion, the full-time Vice President of Development will oversee budget and financial goals, manage site evaluations, and coordinate with various stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership for regional development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee site evaluations, design, permitting, and construction administration for data center deployments
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create master development programs and manage project timelines and budgets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Ten or more years of experience in mission critical facilities and data center development
- Extensive experience managing MEP trades and commercial real estate transactions
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of timely project delivery and cost control
- Experience in the REIT/Data Center industry
