Vice President of Digital Services
Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and client satisfaction, the hybrid Vice President of Digital Services will manage full P&L accountability and program performance across federal health-sector contracts while supporting business development and organic growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own full P&L accountability for an assigned portfolio, including revenue, margin, and investment decisions
- Ensure all programs meet or exceed contractual, technical, and quality requirements while maintaining compliance with federal regulations
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with agency leadership, proactively managing client satisfaction and addressing concerns
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in federal government contract delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior P&L or portfolio leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing a federal contract portfolio in excess of $50M annually
- Strong track record of contractual and technical delivery excellence, including software/systems delivery environments
- Proven ability to build and sustain senior client relationships within federal agencies
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
