Job Summary
Overseeing and expanding distribution channels for a Medicare-focused Field Marketing Organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Distribution will develop strategies for agent recruitment, training, and retention while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to grow market share and achieve revenue goals
- Lead efforts to recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents specializing in Medicare products
- Drive sales initiatives to maximize enrollment in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in distribution management within the insurance or Medicare industry
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards
