Vice President of Engineering
Job Summary
Leading a global organization of engineers, the full-time remote Vice President of Engineering will modernize legacy applications, build cloud-native SaaS capabilities, and drive an agentic software development lifecycle while ensuring quality and reliability across multiple product lines.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a modernization strategy for the EPM portfolio, focusing on customer value and reducing technical debt
- Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, multi-tenant services, ensuring operational excellence and compliance
- Manage multiple software development teams, driving engineering roadmaps and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Prior experience as a Vice President of Engineering with over 10 years of progressive engineering leadership
- 10+ years of software development experience, particularly with cloud products using Java, C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- 7+ years leading Agile teams and programs, with expert understanding of Agile and Lean principles
- Proven experience in modernizing legacy enterprise applications to cloud-native SaaS, including customer migrations
