Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the engineering organization for a client CRM and marketing intelligence platform, the full-time remote Vice President of Engineering will manage engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery while ensuring quality, reliability, and security across products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor engineering managers and teams, ensuring accountability and fostering technical leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and manage engineering capacity and budgets
• Define and execute the engineering AI strategy while maintaining a robust architecture roadmap for product growth

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing multidisciplinary teams
• Proven track record in developing leaders and delivering complex products in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Strong architectural judgment in modern SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD practices
• Experience in improving developer productivity through automation and operational standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage cloud and software budgets, vendor relationships, and capacity planning
