Job Summary
Leading the engineering organization within TELCOR AI Systems, the full-time Vice President of Engineering will manage and develop engineering teams, establish processes, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive technical direction in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the engineering team across various engineering domains
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop engineering talent as the organization expands
- Establish engineering processes and organizational structure to support growth
Required qualifications:
- Significant experience in engineering with a proven track record of leading teams of 6-20 engineers
- Experience in managing and developing software engineering teams
- Strong technical background with experience in building and operating production software
- Ability to remain technically engaged while functioning as a people leader
- Experience working closely with senior technical leadership or executives
