Vice President of Enrollment Management

Job Summary

Leading the new student enrollment operations, the full-time remote Vice President of Enrollment Management will be responsible for achieving academic start goals, managing admissions processes, and enhancing the student experience for adult learners in a fully online institution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee new student admissions and enrollment services, ensuring efficient processes from inquiry to start
• Manage enrollment analytics and performance metrics to forecast and enhance student enrollment outcomes
• Lead and develop a high-performing enrollment management team while collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve student transitions

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enrollment management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within online or adult-serving admissions
• Proven success in designing and implementing enrollment models that drive new student starts
• Extensive knowledge of enrollment management theory and practice, including compliance with Title IV and state regulations
• Experience with CRM systems related to enrollment processes and analytics
