Job Summary

Driving critical cross-functional strategic priorities, the full-time salaried Vice President of Enterprise Initiatives will lead complex initiatives across the organization, partnering with business leaders to translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from conception through successful execution and scaling
• Establish an iterative delivery framework that prioritizes speed-to-market and incremental value
• Build a culture of shared accountability, ensuring all cross-functional team members own their project responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project leadership, program management, or strategic execution, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
• Proven track record in specialty insurance/reinsurance
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects in a remote or distributed workforce
• Strong proficiency in time management, leadership, and project management skills
