Vice President of Enterprise Platforms

Job Summary

Leading the delivery and operations of core business platforms, the full-time remote Vice President of Enterprise Platforms will manage Salesforce, ServiceNow, Icertis, Smartsheet, and Costpoint/Cognos to ensure secure, integrated, and reliable digital business operations while standardizing workflows and enhancing operational visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery and operations of enterprise platforms, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance compliance
• Standardize workflows across customer engagement, contracts, finance, and service operations to align with business outcomes
• Establish governance controls for compliance with enterprise policies and manage vendor relationships across SaaS and ERP ecosystems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 15 years of experience in leading enterprise-scale business platform environments, including Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Icertis
• Experience with enterprise financial systems like Costpoint and reporting platforms such as Cognos
• Proven leadership in managing cross-platform operations teams and vendor management in enterprise ecosystems
