Vice President of Finance
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Vice President of Finance in a remote, full-time role, this position will manage the finance function across FP&A, financial reporting, and analytics while partnering with executive leadership to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and profitability insights within the life sciences sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function, including FP&A, financial analytics, reporting, and compliance
- Own the development and expansion of the finance data warehouse to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting
- Prepare executive and Board of Directors reporting on financial results, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- Minimum of seven years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and financial reporting
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is required
- Proven ability to build scalable finance processes and reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP, Concur, Power BI, and related systems
